Bob Howard
Bob graduated from William Mitchell College of Law and has been practicing since 1986

Bob has been in private practice for 36 years, with almost 100 percent of this work in the area of family law. Bob as been a volunteer attorney for Tubman/Chrysalis for over 35 years. He conducts Early Neutral Evaluations and Mediations all over the State of Minnesota, and has also handled criminal prosecution matters for over 30 years for the City of Anoka as an Assistant City Prosecutor.

Practice Summary: Bob practices in the area of family law, including marriage dissolution, paternity, custody, child support, parenting time, third party custody, spousal maintenance, property division and complex valuation issues, and post decree disputes. He provides Alternative Dispute Resolution and has been a Mediator (Qualified Neutral under Minnesota’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Rule 114) and a Social and Financial Early Neutral Evaluator for Anoka County since 2015.
